Justin Dehnert

Justin Dehnert is originally from New Mexico and graduated from St. John’s College, the ‘Great Books School’ in Santa Fe.  His principle music teachers have been Margaret Harnisch for piano, Ingrid Mullaine  and Charles Simmons for voice, and Ray Nagem for organ.  A New Yorker for nearly twenty years, he has served as Organist and Director of Music at Trinity-St. John’s Episcopal in Hewlett, NY; St. Gabriel’s Episcopal in Queens; and the Episcopal Church of the Mediator in the Bronx.  He frequently composes new sacred music and is very pleased to serve at St. Edward the Martyr.
